1. Elmhurst Commons Apartments will notify patients/responsible parties in writing about the medical debt owed and collecting medical debt
2. Elmhurst Commons Apartments may refer medical debt to a collection agency or law firm for collection; and
3. Elmhurst Commons Apartments may identify medical debt as uncollectible or satisfied ending Elmhurst Commons Apartments’ collection activities, and refer collection activities to the collection agency or law firm in attempts to recoup medical debt
